Mr. Ayyar is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with close to thirty years experience in the areas of Public Finance, Investment Banking and Corporate advisory practice. He has worked as a project consultant, in more than twelve countries, with projects aided by the World Bank and other multi lateral institutions, on subjects ranging from parastatal privatizations, institutional credit strengthening and related reforms and integrated rural development programs. Mr. Ayyar has been associated with the Federal and State Governments in India in the Power and Aviation sector. In India, he has been exclusively involved in advising on some of the largest merger and acquisition transactions in the media and aviation sector, including the Jet Airways and Sahara Airways merger. He has served as an independent non executive director on the Boards of domestic and multinational companies, in India, engaged in diverse activities, covering Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Financial Services, Aviation, Media, Telecom and Energy.  He has also been a member of the India advisory board of two large US based Institutional investors.

Niall Doran
Advisor, Turnaround Strategy and Change Management

Mr. Doran has over 20 years experience in the Oil & Gas and Finance sectors. He started his career in 1992 with Accenture and worked on a number of large project in banking and financial markets. In 1996 he joined the Energy Practice of Accenture and worked on a series of ground breaking deals with BP in Brussels, Moscow and Houston. In 2000 he was appointed a Partner in Accenture’s Energy practice.  In 2004 Mr. Doran was recruited as turnaround CEO of Intigma Limited, an Indian based company providing services to the Energy sector. The company was successfully restructured and sold. In 2006, Mr. Doran was appointed as CEO of Parkmead Group Plc, an independent British Oil & Gas company. He stepped down in November 2011. During this period the company experienced a significant increase in value.

Dr. Nazar bin Sadaq Al Baharna
Advisor, Political Communications and Conflict Resolution

Dr. Al Baharna is the former Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and a former Minister of Health. He resigned in protest at the Govt. crackdown on medical staff, during the popular uprising in Bahrain. In 2008, he led Bahrain’s foreign policy team that presented to the United Nations Human Rights Council, the country’s first action plan presented at a global level, setting the norm for the Universal Periodic Review. He was then elected Deputy Vice Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dr Al Baharna sits on the Advisory Board of the Institute of Cultural Diplomacy in Germany and also on the Advisory Board of the Borgen project. The Borgen Project is an innovative, national campaign that works with U.S. leaders to improve their response to the global poverty crisis. Dr. Al Baharna obtained his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Wales and served as Dean of Engineering and Vice President for Academic Programs and Research at the University of Bahrain.
