When the Government of The Republic of Georgia announced a tender for the appointment of a PSA company to inspect and value import cargoes, there was worldwide interest from PSA companies. Suez was contracted by the British PSA company Intertek to advice them on market entry strategies into what was for them a new market. Suez staff carried out an indepth market analysis, an information campaign to educate key stake holders, and a publicity campaign to highlight Intertek’s experience, expertise and strength. Additionally Suez advised Intertek on stake holders’ expectations regarding the end result and the cross cultural dynamics at play. Intertek won the contract against stiff competition
